It all started with a 1940's roaster in an unused grain store deep in the Dorset countryside. Going back to basics with a traditional roaster, Grounded wanted to keep the tradition and craft of roasting. I worked very closely with Grounded to re-fresh their original look which was for their sister company 'Grounded Mobile Coffee' they wanted one strong, simple brand that they could use across the two companies, with 'Grounded' as the key element.
I created a graphic that symbolizes a tamper [a key instrument for any barista] as the brand lock up. Keeping the identity clean + simple allowing it to translate equally as well on their coffee packaging to their Landrover coffee trucks.
